1. Acceptance of Terms

By using LixPresentr, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

LixPresentr is a Bible projection application designed for churches and worship leaders. It provides:

• Multi-version Bible verse display on projection screens.
• Worship song management with CCLI/SongSelect import.
• Real-time voice transcription with automatic verse detection.
• Custom presentation creation (slides, media, lower-thirds).
• Mobile remote control for wireless operation.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

Desktop Application

The desktop application works without an account. A license may be required for certain advanced features.

Web Application

• An account is required to access the web application. You can sign up by email or via Google OAuth.
• By signing in with Google, you authorize LixPresentr to access your name, email address, and profile picture, in accordance with our privacy policy.
• A free plan provides access to basic features.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• AI features (voice transcription, virtual assistant) operate through a credit system included in your subscription. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the application in accordance with its purpose (worship projection and management).
• Not attempt to bypass license or security protections.
• Not redistribute, resell, or modify the application without authorization.
• Respect the copyrights of projected Bible texts and songs.

5. Intellectual Property

The LixPresentr application, its source code, interface, and features are the property of its developers. Included Bible texts are in the public domain or used under appropriate licenses.

Content you create (presentations, notes, custom verses) belongs to you.

6. User Content

You are responsible for the content you project and share through the application. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to display the texts, images, videos, and songs used, including CCLI licenses for song lyrics.

7. Service Availability

The desktop application works offline and does not depend on our servers. For the web application, we strive to maintain maximum availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance may be performed with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is." We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to technical issues during a worship service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the application at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer's place of establishment. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts.
