Brand kit

The brand kit gathers your church's visual identity — logo, colours, fonts, visuals — so your templates, slides and lower thirds stay consistent without setting everything by hand. It lives in Settings → Brand.

Creating your kit

  • Start from my logo — the palette is extracted from your logo, on your computer, with no connection needed.
  • Pick a starter kit — ten ready-made looks (Classic, Modern, Understated, Warm, Youth, Gospel, Contemplative, Editorial, Light, Night). The chosen kit is copied: you can then add your logo and change everything.

What the kit contains

  • Identity — church name, short name, tagline, verse of the year, service times, website and social networks.
  • Logos — main logo, mark, logo for dark backgrounds and watermark (PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, 5 MB max). The dark-background version can be created automatically.
  • Palette — seven roles (primary, secondary, accent, dark and light backgrounds, text on dark and on light), with a readability check that flags contrast too weak for a projector.
  • Typography — a font for titles, body text, verses and references, with weight, uppercase and letter spacing. You can import your church's own fonts (.woff2, .woff, .ttf, .otf — 4 MB per file, 12 files per kit) after confirming you have the right to use them.
  • Visuals — visual style, up to 6 favourite animated backgrounds and 24 background images.
  • Projection — safe margin, text alignment, logo corner, size and opacity: used by templates created from the kit.
  • Variants — up to 12 variants (Christmas, Easter, youth…) that inherit from the base kit and only override what you change. The active variant applies immediately.

Where the brand applies

  • In the editors — the colour and font pickers show a “Brand” group with your colours and fonts. Brand fonts are loaded in every window, including projection and stage outputs.
  • Create from my brand — in the Bible and song template managers, a gallery of layouts (centered verse, reference band, two versions, editorial; full-screen lyrics, lower-screen lyrics or lyrics with title) creates ready-to-use templates, stored in the “My brand” group.
  • Apply brand — on a free slide (paintbrush icon on its card in the playlist, or the editor toolbar): brand colours and fonts, nothing moves. Image, video and animated backgrounds are kept. From the playlist, an “Undo” button stays available for 8 seconds.
  • Lower thirds — the kit's accent colour and logo are offered when you create a lower third.
  • AI sermon slides — the generator's “Use my brand” option uses your colours, fonts and church name (see the Playlist page).

When the brand changes

If you change the kit's colours or fonts (or switch variant), a banner in the bottom-right corner offers to update the free slides that still carry the old brand. Nothing is applied automatically: choose “Update” or “Later”. Elements edited by hand are never overwritten, and the update can be undone for 8 seconds. The same action is available in Settings → Brand → “Update slides”.

Sharing with your organisation

With the Cloud plan, the kit is synced — logos, fonts and images included — to every device of your organisation (or to your own devices if you have none). Only the organisation owner and admins can edit it; other members see it read-only. If the kit was changed on another device while you were editing it, the app offers to reload or overwrite instead of replacing it silently.

Without the Cloud plan, the kit remains fully usable but is saved on this computer only.
